ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of a property in Survey No.115, Pallalakuppam Village, Pernambet Taluk, Vellore District. Since, the neighbouring land owner raising dispute, on 08.05.2019, the petitioner has filed an application before the respondents 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 3 to survey the land and also paid necessary fees to that effect. But, so far the land has not been surveyed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Pleader that enquiry has been fixed on 04.03.2020 and hence, the matter was adjourned. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is not in a position to submit the present status.

4. Considering the fact that already enquiry has been commenced, and the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent/Tahsildar from the year 2019, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
