ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 22.09.2016 and to declare the Document No.221/2016 on the file of Sub Registrar, Ambattur, registered by the 3 to 6 respondents, as null and void.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2016, the respondents have not passed any orders so far.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents 1, 2 , 7 and 8, submitted that the 7th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 7th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2016, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
