C.M.P.No.3984 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.62092 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition is filed to implead the legal heirs of the 5th respondent in CMP.No.25505 of 2023 and in above appeal.

2. Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the proposed respondents/legal heirs of the 5th respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in CMP.No.25505 of 2023 and in above appeal.
