The learned counsel for the Respondent has submitted that education loan based on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 04.02.2011 had already been sanctioned to the Petitioner, which is the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition by the Petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. In view of the said submissions, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as nothing survives. No costs.
