ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed against the orders passed in I.A.No.3564 of 2008 in O.P.No.3822 of 2007 by the II Additional Principal Judge,II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. The civil revision petitioner filed the above petition in I.A.No.3564 of 2008 in O.P.No.3822 of 2007 under Section 24 of the Hindu
Marriage Act praying to direct the respondent to pay interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month and Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses. The respondent filed his counter.
3. The learned II Additional Principal Judge, II Additional Family Court, Chennai, after full contest, directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month towards interim maintenance and Rs.5,000/- towards litigation expenses. Aggrieved over the same, the present civil revision petition is filed.
4. When the civil revision petition came up for admission during 2013, no order of interim stay of entire proceedings in O.P.No.3822/2007 was granted by this court. Therefore, this court directed the Registry to ascertain whether the O.P.No.3822 of 2007 is still pending on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
5. Accordingly, the VII Additional Principal Judge, Chennai had sent a communication in Dis No.2527/2019 dated 20.08.2019 stating that the O.P.No.3822 of 2007 was disposed of on 10.10.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition.
