Assistant / Tamil Pandit in the appropriate palce therein and to promote him as such with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with consequential benefits. 2. The intra Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events relating to the issuance of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No. 165, School Education Department, dated 15.10.2014. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
