When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have come up with this criminal original petition challenging the proceedings in STC/PCNo.7768 of 2022, pending on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II, Allikulam, Chennai, pending this petition, the petitioners were subsequently acquitted by the trial court on 06.03.2025. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
