The petitioner has come up with the grievance that this Court permitted him to continue till 31 March, 2019. However, the copy of the order was received by him only on 1 April, 2019. It was also despatched to the respondents on 3 April, 2019. 3.

In view of the delay in issuing the certified copy of the order, we modify the date mentioned in paragraph No. 17 of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in the above writ petition as hereunder: "17.
