This petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.2386 of 2017 which has been dismissed on 08.02.2019 and to dispose the same on merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition and the same is allowed and the order of dismissal passed on 08.02.2019 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.2386 of 2017 is restored to file.
