The wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP No.376 of 2020 filed by the husband seeking divorce on the file of the Family Court, Trichirapalli to the Sub Court, Ulunthurpet.

2. The husband though served, has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

3. The wife is shown to be a resident of Elavarasanor kottai of Kallakurichi District. It is also claimed that the husband attacked the wife when she was to appear before the Family Court, on 13.06.2021. It is also stated that an FIR in FIR No.7 of 2021 has been lodged with the All Women Police Station, Trichy.

4. Considering the above facts, the proceedings in HMOP No.376 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Trichirapalli are withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Ulunthurpet to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
