The 2nd and 3rd appellants, who are shown in the cause title as minors have since attained the age of majority pending the present appeal. These two Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to recognize that particular fact and consequently, to discharge the guardian / mother / 1st appellant.
2.It is seen that the 2nd appellant is aged 24 years as on date and the 3rd appellant is aged 20 years as on date. They have certainly crossed the age of 18. Therefore, both these petitions are allowed. The fact that they attained the age of majority is recognized.
