ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.42162 of 2016, by order dated 01.12.2016, directed the respondent to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings concluded in Letter No.16017/N1/2014-10, dated 06.01.2015 against the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
