O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2017 and 20.11.2017 and to rectify the respondent's records in respect of petitioner's actual date of employment registration, to treat the petitioner's registration for employment on priority and to provide suitable employment opportunity to the writ petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, made a submission that the name of the writ petitioner has already been sponsored for appointment to the post of Sales women / Packer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the fact that the name of the writ petitioner had already been sponsored with reference to the employment seniority and as per the rules and regulations, the grievances of the writ petitioner had been redressed and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
