The 2nd appellant who was the 2nd defendant in the suit has died and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record his legal representatives as appellants 3 to 7.

2.In view of the fact that it would only be appropriate that since the Second Appeal had been admitted, the legal representatives of the 2nd appellant are also permitted to prosecute the Appeal, after hearing the learned counsel for the respondents also, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
