This petition has been filed to amend the offence as under Sec.294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, instead of Sec.294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in the above Crl.O.P.No.1577 of 2023 vide order dated 25.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.1577 of 2023, dated 25.01.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
