ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the first petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 Page No.1 of 4

a.m., until further orders; and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29759 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29759 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
