O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1083 of 2020 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tharangambadi and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.02 of 2021.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. The petitioner shall appear before the court below as to when summons is issued and shall receive a copy of the final report and materials relied upon by the prosecution and if he is still aggrieved, it is always left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
