(The case has been heard through video conferencing) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2019 to the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in C.C.No. 6 of 208 pending on the file of the Special Court for NDPS cases, Vellore, and also Non bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner. Therefore, not to harass does not arise. .

3. In view of the submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is devoid of merits.. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
