This application has been filed to amend the plaint in C.S.No.123 of 2022 by deleting the word, Director in the long and short cause title and substituting the work Partner in defendant place.

2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3.The defendant has also originally entered appearance through his counsel wherein it has been described only as a partnership firm.

4.Further being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is ordered as prayed for.
