This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged as against the petitioners, the 2nd respondent issued C.S.R.No.328 of 2019. Thereafter, 2nd respondent conducted an enquiry and closed the same. Therefore, they are not harassing the petitioners.
