On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mrs.G.Jagadeeswari, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is to an order made in I.A.No.466 of 2016 in AIR (S.A.) No.412 of 2016, dated 15.05.2017, on the file of the Debts

Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai. She further submitted that the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai has dismissed the main appeal AIR (S.A.) No.412 of 2016. In view of the subsequent event, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, and that she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
