Respondents Prayer:-Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of certiorari to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in T.N.E.C.R.No.11/ 2015 dated 14.10.2016 and the consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in R.O.C.No.4676 of 2016 dated 30.11.2016 and quash the same.

ORDER

After making arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that statutory appeal would be filed before the Bar Council of India within a period of two weeks under Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to file statutory appeal under Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961, before the Bar Council of India within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an application is filed, the Bar Council of India shall receive and number it without rejecting it on the ground of limitation.
