ORDER

After making arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that statutory appeal would be filed before the Bar Council of India within a period of two weeks under Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to file statutory appeal under Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961, before the Bar Council of India within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an application is filed, the Bar Council of India shall receive and number it without rejecting it on the ground of limitation.
