O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2013 submitted to the 3rd respondent and to conduct enquiry under the provisions of Patta Pass Book Act by issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent for the issuance of joint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta with respect to the properties situate at Aandiarpalayam and Ozundhiampattu Village, Vaanur Taluk, Villupuram District. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that she has given the representation as early as on 10.04.2013, however, the 3rd respondent has not conducted any enquiry and passed order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties viz., the petitioner and the 4th respondent are at liberty to produce all the relevant documents before the 3rd respondent.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
