Crl.M.P.No.2653 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29692 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., 12.00 noon, and 6.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter on everyday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29692 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the working day of first and third Monday of every month for a period of four months. In view of the same this petition is ordered.
