O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2023 for cancellation of the Document No.16149 of 2014 registered in 2nd respondent in Avadi Sub Registrar Office.
2. In respect of Document No.16149 of 2014 registered on the file of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner had given a complaint to the 1st respondent against the 4th respondent to enquire the matter and to declare the document in question as fraudulent document within the meaning of Section 77-A of the Registration Act.
3. In order to consider the said complaint given by the petitioner on 12.01.2023 to the 1st respondent, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondents is hereby dispensed with. 2/4

The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that, the said complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.01.2023 would be enquired into and a decision would be made thereon on merits and in accordance with law by the 1st respondent of course after giving notice of being heard to both petitioner as well as the private respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the said representation/complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.01.2023 and after due enquiry by giving opportunity of being heard tos both petitioner as well as the private respondents that shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
