(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the above writ appeals.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners wants to give up the fourth respondent in C.M.P.No.5402 of 2026 as well as in the main writ appeal. Recording the said submission, the fourth respondent is removed from the array of parties.

3. R1 entered appearance through caveat in both the petitions. Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 2 and 3 in both the petitions and he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Since the delay is 27 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.
