These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2970 days in representing the papers in the Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai, on or before 28.02.2020, failing which, both the petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
