This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs against the dismissal of their application in I.A.No.402 of 2013 in O.S.No.105 of 2013 seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. She further submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.105 of 20136 was dismissed for default and therefore, she requests to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case, the suit is restored to file.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file a fresh petition in case, the suit is restored to file. No costs.
