This Contempt Petition is filed against non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19294 of 2011 dated 08.09.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Board by producing the copy of the proceedings dated 20.11.2015 has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, by recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
