This petition has been filed to quash First Information Report registered Crime No.64 of 2020 as against the petitioner for the offences under sections 465, 468 and 420 IPC.
2. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect and sought a direction of this Court to expedite investigation.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
