This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.2067 of 2011 in OP.No.878 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. The petition in IA.No.2067 of 2011 was filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act praying to direct the present revision

petitioner to pay interim maintenance till the disposal of the main Original Petition.

2. Mr.S.Sabarish, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that the main Original Petition in OP.No.878 of 2009 itself is disposed of.

3. Since, the main Original Petition is disposed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
