Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the matter was posted for hearing today under the caption "for reporting compliance". When the matter came up for hearing on 29.07.2022, this Court took into consideration the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of CMDA to the effect that the proposal will be placed before the Authority Committee in the next meeting and the decision will be taken and reported before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General produced the Minutes of the meeting of the Authority Committee held on 24.11.2022. On carefully going through the Minutes, the Committee has decided to recommend the re-classification from Agricultural Use Zone to Residential Use Zone subject on certain conditions.
