This application is filed to bring on record the proposed 8th respondent who is the legal representative of the deceased 3rd defendant as 9th defendant in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/defendants 1 to 4 submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by the other side, and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
