The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.01.2023 for the offence under Sec.147, 148, 120(B), 450, 302 and 201 of I.P.C. in Crime No.511 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
