O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a issuance of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2024, to issue a copy of the report dated 14.11.2024 that is made in the enquiry conducted on 01.03.2024 in Na.Ka.No.4209/CEA/02/2023.

2. There is a law called 'Right to Information Act, 2005' in which the petitioner could have applied. However, nowadays, parties are feeling easier to file a writ petition than to take appropriate steps.

3. Be that as it may, the Court will not football the petitioner once again to the RTI authorities. When such a report is there, the copy can be furnished.

4. Mr.E.Sundaram, Learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf the 1st respondent. If there is a report dated 14.11.2024 that is in existence, within one week from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, the same shall be furnished to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
