When the matter was listed on 07.08.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was adjourned to 21.08.2018. When the matter was again taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry is directed to post the matter on 13.12.2018.

2. Even today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time. The Civil Revision is of the year 2015. The petitioner is repeatedly taking time from the year 2017. Even today, the petitioner is not ready, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
