Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to disburse the LSEmD amount of Rs.50,000 to the Petitioner and also the bill amount, EMD and SD to the tune of Rs.3,30,237/- due tot he Petitioner under agreement No.TPJ/362/2002 together with interest at the prevailing bank rate from 2005.
