Today when the matter is taken up for hearing on behalf of both the parties a joint memo of compromise dated 24.09.2021 has been filed and the contents of the said memo are recorded hereunder; "1.The above O.P has been filed for appointment of sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of "Madurai Meenakshi Educational Trust" constituted through Trust Deed dated 09.03.2016 between the petitioners and the respondents.

2.The petitioners have named the arbitrator by letter dated 13.02.2021 and the respondents by reply dated 17.02.2021 proposed to keep the named arbitrator pending.

3.Now both the petitioners and the respondents have arrived at a consensus to appoint the named Arbitrator Mr. V.R.Shanmuganathan, Advocate as the Arbitrator.

4.Therefore this joint Memorandum is filed consenting to appoint Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Advocate as Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties.
