ORDER

Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the Respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

3. The petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent to implement the order passed by the Appellate Authority and restore the petitioner's GST registration bearing GSTIN 33DKPPR0269Q1DJ.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

5. After considering the submissions, the Respondent is directed to implement the order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 25.11.2025 and restore the petitioner's GST registration bearing GSTIN: 33DKPPR0269Q1DJ without prejudice to right of appeal. The respondent shall do so within six weeks from today, in accordance with the Appellate order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
