O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 16.05.2013 in W.P.No.10964 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondents have settled the amount to the petitioners in the light of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.03.1993.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have not settled the revised pensionary benefits to the petitioners. To that extent, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum.
