O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 06.02.2017, given by the petitioner for cancellation of Wrongful Patta transferred to the 4th respondent from the petitioner's mother's name and to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner and her younger sister Mrs.Santhakumari.

Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent's 1 to 3, submitted that the representation dated 06.02.2017 has been considered by the 3rd respondent and the Tahsildar had already sent a report to the second respondent on 28.03.2017, and that the second respondent may be directed to pass the order in accordance with law.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 and also the report of the third respondent, after giving notice to the respondent's 4 and 5 and pass orders in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
