ORDER
The present revision petition has been filed by the defendant seeking expeditious disposal of the suit filed for permanent injunction in O.S.No.69 of 2024 before the Sub Court, Chidambaram. Page No.1 of 4
2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. Pursuant to my order dated 13.08.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram in D.No.708 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 has written to the Registry of this Court stating that the pleadings are completed and the same is pending for framing issues. Hence, the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram requested for six months time to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.69 of 2024 in accordance with law.
4. It is also seen from the report of the learned Trial Judge that the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2024 was also subsequently transferred to its file to be tried along with O.S.No.69 of 2024 and the same was received by the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram only on 10.07.2025 and the said suit in O.S.No.41 of 2024 is renumbered as O.S.No.247 of 2025 and the same is posted on 27.08.2025 for appearance of both parties for verification and both the cases are pending for framing of issues. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.69 of 2024 & 247 of 2025 finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2026, after hearing the parties. No costs.
