This revision petition is directed as against the judgement and decree dated 24.06.2011 made in C.M.A.No.45 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore confirming the judgment and decree dated 10.12.2008 made in E.A.No.36 of 2008 in E.P.No.42 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and therefore nothing survive in this petition.
