The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' on receipt of letter dated 25.03.2024 from Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent in which it has been brought to notice that in line 7 of para 10 of the order dated 07.03.2024, it has been mistakenly typed as 'it would preclude' instead of 'it would not preclude', which may be rectified and necessary orders may be passed in that regard.

In view of the same, para 10 of the order dated 07.03.2024 shall by substituted as follows:- "10.

Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent makes a fervent plea that the Petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed in Proceedings in Roc. No. 148/A1/2023 dated 03.05.2023 issued by the Third Respondent for the registration of its old age home. It requires to be noticed that the cancellation of the registration in the impugned order is not founded upon the non-compliance of the said conditions 1/3

and as such, it would not be appropriate for this Court to delve into the same. At the same time, it is made clear that it would not preclude the Fifth Respondent from working out its remedies in that regard before the concerned authorities in the manner recognized by law, though it is hastened to add here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the merits of the controversy on that aspect of the matter." 3.

It has also been represented that the name of Learned Counsel for the Petitioner may be rectified as follows:- "For Petitioner :

Mr. N.L.Rajah, Senior Counsel for Ms. Amrutha Srinivasan"

Registry is directed to carry out the said rectifications and issue corrected copy of the order to the concerned parties without collecting any extra charges for the same.
