This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order in Ref.No.74940/N2/2/2019 dated 23.12.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to relive the petitioner from Government District Head Quarters Hospital, Ariyalur and to direct the 1st respondent to accommodate the petitioner as Nursing Superintendent Grade-II in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Trichy attached to K.A.P.Vishvanathan Medical College. 2.When this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 04.10.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day ie on 15.10.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
