ORDER

As directed by this Court, the applicant has effected Substituted Service on the respondents by effecting paper publication. The paper publication has been enclosed along with the affidavit of service. The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list today. Despite effecting substituted service, the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in this application. Hence, they are set exparte by this Court.

2.In this application, a direction was issued to the respondents to furnish security to the extent of Rs.1,27,14,627/- within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 01.04.2025. Till date, the respondents 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vga have not furnished security and they have not complied with the direction issued by this Court on 01.04.2025. Hence, the consequential order of attachment has to be passed by this Court.

3.Accordingly, the property morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons is ordered to be attached and this application is allowed as prayed for.

4.By mistake Arb.O.P. (Com.Div.) No.105 of 2025 has been listed in the cause list even though the said O.P. has already been disposed of through this Court's order dated 01.04.2025.
