ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register a case against the said person on the complaint dated 18.02.2015 pending as petition No.59 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard M/s.J.Sundarakanchani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.59 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.218 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
