2. When the matter was called on 04.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption "For dismissal" on 05.08.2021. Today, the matter was listed under the caption "For dismissal", again there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present.

3. Considering the sequence of events, this Court is of the view that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
