Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct the demonstration on 28.02.2020 in view of urge the excellency Governor of Tamil Nladu for the immediate release of the 7 prisoners namely Perarivalan, Santhan, Murugan, Nalini, Robet Fias, Ravichandran and Jayakumar as recommended by the counsel for Ministers under Article 161 of Constitution of India at the venue of Ram Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District or in other alternative future days.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the respondent.
2. The petitioner got permission to conduct demonstration on 28.02.2020 in view of the urge of His Excellency Governor of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tamil Nadu for the immediate release of 7 prisoners. But it was restricted by the respondent by an order dated 13.02.2020. Now, due to pandemic of Covid-19, the Government of Tamil Nadu Prohibition order is in force. Therefore, such prayer cannot be considered now and also for which, the petitioner sought for permission to conduct demonstration is also expired. Therefore the writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek fresh permission after completion of lock down and after lifting the prohibition order passed under Section 144 CRPC.
