This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the present Revision before this Court against the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3081 of 2024 in Spl.C.C.No.08 of 2022, and hear the petition on its merits.
2.Mr.M.N.Ramesh, Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.
3. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
